Yes. It is a St. Pete Times Forum policy that children UNDER two (2) years old are admitted free of charge for all events as long as they sit on a lap. (Age limit subject to change based on show promoter request, please call the McDonald's Box Office at the St. Pete Times Forum for more information).


Q: What time do the doors open prior to an event?

For most events, doors will open to the public one (1) and half hour prior to the event.



Q: Can I bring video or still cameras into the forum?
A:
For most events, at the request of the artists and/or leagues, video cameras and flash photography are not permitted. For Lightning games, spectators are allowed to bring in cameras with a lens no longer than 6 inches.

Yes, each year the St. Pete Times Forum donates thousands of tickets to charitable groups, as well as local auctions and raffles. For auction or raffle items, please contact our Community Relations department.

Q: Where can I park?
A:
1,500 spaces are available in the South Regional Parking Garage, located on the west side of the Ice Palace. 10,000 spaces are within walking distance (South of Kennedy Blvd). Additionally, reserved parking for events can be purchased in advance by clicking the "Purchase Advanced Parking" link in the Ticket Information section of each event page.


Q: Where can I get money?
A:
Colonial Bank on the west plaza at section 104, Tampa Bay Federal Credit Union located at section 126 and Bank Atlantic located in section 322. There are also ATMs at 112 and 204.


Q: Where can I receive medical attention?
A:
There are two first aid offices in the St. Pete Times Forum, located on the Plaza at section 112 and on the Terrace at section 312.


Q: What if I need to use the restrooms?
A:
There are a total of 37 public restrooms, including disabled restrooms and restrooms equipped with baby changing stations on each level of the forum.


Q: Where can I smoke?
A:
Smoking is not permitted inside the St. Pete Times Forum. Guests on the 100 and 300 Levels may use the smoking areas outside sections 328 and 126/128. Guests on the Jeep Club Level may use the smoking patio outside section 212. Shots at Channelside will also be open during the game for smokers.


Q: What if I need guest services?
A:
There are Guest Service booths located on the main concourse at section 101, on the Jeep Club Level at section 201 and on the Terrace at section 321.


Q: Can I scalp tickets?
A:
Selling of tickets for any St. Pete Times Forum event, including Lightning tickets, on the premises is strictly prohibited. Violators will be prosecuted.


Q: Am I allowed to take pictures or video?
A:
Video cameras are not permitted into the St. Pete Times Forum. For all Lightning games, spectators are allowed to bring in cameras that do not have a detachable lens or large telephoto lens. Guests wanting to know the specific policy for other events should call the box office prior to arrival at .


Q: Can I bring my pet?
A:
Pets are not permitted in the St. Pete Times Forum, however all service animals are welcome.


Q: Pucks and Storm Footballs?
A:
Safety Warning: Pucks can be propelled into the spectator areas any time warm-up or play is in progress, or after the stoppage of play. To help avoid injury, stay alert whenever you are in the stands. If you are injured, ask the nearest usher for directions to the medical station.

Fans are welcome to keep any puck shot into the stands, but NHL rules prohibit interference with any game in progress. Any fan interfering with a game will be ejected from the building.

Safety netting has been installed around both endzones for further safety to all fans. If you have any questions about the netting, please call .

For The Tampa Bay Storm games fans must return the footballs during warm-ups but are more than welcome to keep the balls if retrieved during a game.


Q: What to expect when you arrive a the St. Pete Times Forum?

In the interest of our guests' safety, the following items may not be brought into the St. Pete Times Forum.

To help ensure your safety the St. Pete Times Forum and the Tampa Bay Lightning are preserving all current security measures. These procedures are designed to help our fans have a safe and enjoyable visit to our arena. We apologize for any inconvenience you may experience. Your safety is always our first concern. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.

The following items will not be allowed at St. Pete Times Forum events:

  • No bags or backpacks. Purses and diaper bags are permitted but will be searched.
  • Cameras meeting designated event standards will be permitted, but camera bags will not be permitted.
  • Binoculars are permitted. Binocular bags are not permitted.
  • No video or audio recording devices.
  • No knives of any kind
  • No laser pointers.
  • No weapons of any kind. Even licensed law enforcement officials attending the event are prohibited from carrying weapons.
  • No bottles, cans, or containers of any kind.
  • No sharp objects, sticks or poles of any kind.
  • No fireworks.
  • No pepper spray or mace.
  • No food or beverage items. Baby bottles and formula are permitted.
  • No drugs or controlled substances.
  • No chairs, folding chairs or any other type of individual chair for use
  • No wrapped gifts. Unwrapped gifts will be accepted provided they meet all of the above standards.

Keep in mind, the St. Pete Times Forum will utilize a variety of Search techniques at all entry points. Thank you for your cooperation. We hope you enjoy your visit to our building.

Q: Can I be Readmitted if I leave an event?
A:
Once you have been admitted through the gate, readmittance is not permitted. In the case of an emergency you can contact Guest Services (section 101, 20) before leaving to receive a readmittance pass.

Seating locations and facilities are provided. The St. Pete Times Forum offers a barrier free entrance with an elevator dedicated for our disabled guests. Please notify the box office of disabled seating requirements when purchasing tickets. Inquire about our disabled information booklet.


Q: Housekeeping?

If housekeeping is needed in your area, please notify the nearest usher or crowd control employee and they can call housekeeping to your area.


Q: Emergency messages?
A:
The St. Pete Times Forum suggests that if you are expecting an emergency call, please leave your seat location with your caller and have them call St. Pete Times Forum Security at . Upon arrival, please leave your name and seat location with Guest Services at section 101. Guests can not be paged at an event, but if you receive a call Guest Services will come find you at your seat.


Q: Lost children?
A:
If you have become separated from your party, report to Guest Services at section 101. The St. Pete Times Forum does not have a paging system, however, all staff members with hand held radios will be given a description of missing parties.


St. Pete Times Forum Tag-A-Kid Program:

What is it?
A wristbanding program developed to help reunite lost children with their parents or guardians.

Purpose:
In the unlikely event that you and your child are separated, your child will be wearing a wristband containing his or her seat location. This wristband will assist Ice Palace staff members in returning your child to their seat.

Where is the program located?
The Tag-A-Kid Program can be found at our Guest Services stand located in section 101.

How much does the program cost?
The Tag-A-Kid Program is a FREE service offered to all St. Pete Times Forum guests.

When:
The Tag-A-Kid Program will be used during all major St. Pete Times Forum events.

How does it Work?
The program is easy. Simply visit our Guest Services stand at section 101 prior to any St. Pete Times Forum event. A Guest Services attendant will then take down your name and your child's location. Some of this information is then transferred to a Tag-A-Kid wristband. Finally, the Guest Services attendant will hand the wristband over to you. Apply the wristband to your child and that's it!

Visit one of our Guest Services stands in sections 101, 201 and 323.


Q: Lost and Found?
A:
If you have lost an item at the St. Pete Times Forum, visit Guest Services at section 101, 201 or 321 or call during business hours.


Q: Guest drop-off and pick-up?
A:
Guests should be dropped off and picked up at the 15 minute half circle located off Channelside Drive in front of the building. Persons picking up guests after an event should plan on arriving 30 minutes prior to the end of the show. The City of Tampa does close Channelside Drive for a short time following an event to allow pedestrian traffic to exit the building.
